French handwriting is notable (at least to a Brit) for its incredible uniformity. I believe they're all strictly schooled in exactly the same cursive style from a very young age. It's no coincidence their notebooks use that annoying graph-paper grid. It always strikes me as amusing to see revolutionary and philosophical sentiments written out as if by a ten year old (as here: "words must be mistrusted", or "you need to be careful around words").
Nice to catch the guys putting it up, on what is presumably meant to look like a giant blackboard.

Mike,
Do a Google image search for "Ben93" and you will see that the two mannequins, etc, are all part of the installation.
Aha... Excellent! April Fooled YET AGAIN... ;)

Interesting -- I'd not come across Ben Vautier before -- sort of a French Banksy avant la lettre.
