Much later,I learned on the Web that the picture was from a 2001 movie, 'The Navigators' about the reactions of five Sheffield [England] rail workers to the privatization of the railway maintenance organization for which they all work, and the consequences for them. Not a happy story.
I've no idea why this poster was displayed ten years later in that area of Vienna.
