Yes, but all the surrounding visual complexity strengthens the effect of discovering the very solitary figure. Much more effective than a long lens shot tightly framing the lonely looking woman in the window.
Ah, but I did not have the time to discover surrounding complexity, or a long lens. Only a fraction of a second to respond to what appeared and passed by me.
