The Lost and Forgotten

Encountered less often now are the handfuls of old discarded family snapshots in the junk stores. Rarely marked with names or dates. Memories lost to any still living, along with hopes, dreams, and stories.

Now all that we are left with are digital telephone 'selfies' that are rapidly deleted and forgotten.
