FWIW, I did some looking on Google and learned that "Inti" is a sewing and alteration shop, located at 8 rue Sauval, 75001, Paris (near Châtelet-Les Halles) and, according to Google Street View Maps, it is still there and unchanged.
Alas, it is 5,025 miles from where I am now, and I have a hole in the pocket of my pants that I am sure they could fix in a flash.
